Check out "Image 2 Wallpaper" in the Play Store. It has a great little interface - very intuitive - and great reviews. Basically, you can take any picture you can find and make it fit the real estate provided by your N7.

I like the idea of having an area that we can list themes. So, this area WILL NOT include small images (or XML tweaks) but full themes. Also, if you are linking out or posting images please only use original work (aka your own work).
