MX Player supports a lot of codecs.
BS Player allows a high degree of customization.
I guess it would depend on what are your personal hot buttons?
You can also try Archos or VLC. I am a big fan of VLC.
A thumbs up for VLC. It can't be beat in my opinion. If you haven't already installed it, download and install VLC on your desktop to play any video file you can imagine.
