I would suggest Trickster MOD. It is free and it can work with different kernels.

The Trinity Kernel Toolbox is also pretty versatile.

TricksterMOD is the best CPU and GPU tweaker. I use it to overclock my Nexus 7 to run faster. Needs root, but it's a must have app!
